Solid Case!, February 12, 2012 By This review is from: Antec Three Hundred Two Gaming Case, Black (Personal Computers) Likes:
*Sturdy, with nicely rolled edges throughout that won't cut you.
* 3 external 5.25 drive bays is just right.
*No external 3.5" drive bays. Use an external card reader or adapter dongle.
*Side and front panels are hinged, easy to remove.
*Roomy enough for 9"x12" boards with SATA ports mounted sideways.
*"Sideways" HDD bays make drive swapping easier.
*2 of the 3 fan intakes are filtered.
*Quiet fans, more than adequate for stock usage and even mild overclocking.
*"Tool-Less" bays work nicely.
*Cutout behind the CPU area makes installing giant coolers very easy.
*Fan behind the CPU. Case makers ignored that excellent cooling opportunity for years.
*Looks great, very sleek and simple.
*No cheesy, bulbous "convenience panels" which cause a real birds nest of wires.
*My Hyper212+ cooler and Ripjaws RAM all fit just fine!
*Cable management is awesome! Never had such a clean and easy build... Read more

A Lot of Room for a MId tower Case, April 13, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Antec Three Hundred Two Gaming Case, Black (Personal Computers) The Antec 302 mid tower case is a great case in a little package. I purchased this for a full ATX Asus board which fits with out any problems what so ever. The 302 is a revamping of the gamers favorite case , the 300. With new design features such as tooless drive bays and cable management holes in the back plane, the 302 is improved over it's brother , the 300. The 6 HHD bays are accessed from the side and the 3 x 5.25" bays on the front are easy to use and are accessed via a swing out front panel that unlatch from the side. I would have liked a 3.5" adapter for the front drive bays, but is not a deal buster. It also has two places for SSD/ 2.5" drive units on the chassis floor and back plane, but I prefer to mount them in the HHD drive slots using an aftermarket adapter for 3.5" to 2.5" drive.
The case will fit ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards and has 8 expansion slots for PCI cards. The chassis is wide enough for a 12.5" graphics card and is deep enough to fit most... Read more

Great stylish but simple case at a very fair price., August 8, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Antec Three Hundred Two Gaming Case, Black (Personal Computers) Pros: 1. Nice looking but understated, and without all the stupid lighting effects seen on most crummy gaming rigs. 2. Roomy inside. 3. Built in (but also replaceable fans on the back and top with adjustable high/low rpm external switches for both. 4. Along with option to mount front vents for HD ventilation, also vents for optional fan mounting over PCI-E slots as well as under the CPU. 5. Decent cable management options. 6. Nice mesh dust filters for the power supply fan underneath and over the grill in front of the 3.5" slots. 7. Fit most heat sinks I can think of (does fine with my Noctua NH-12UP at 158 mm). 8, Includes the 20 pin single USB internal plug for the front ports, so if you have a new enough motherboard those don't need to be run to the back of the case. 9. Tool-free retention trays for 3.5/5.25 drives. 10. Well priced.
Cons: 1. If you like glitzy rigs with windows and laser light shows, it's not for you. 2. The grommets for water cooling tubes are on the... Read more
